More than 300 students are participating in the INSTE program in Ukraine. The INSTE office is currently staffed by two part-time employees. Because of the low wages most Ukrainians receive, student fees need to be lower so students can afford to study INSTE. The fees received from the students do not provide sufficient funds to run the office.
Some of the office responsibilities include: bookkeeping, producing and distributing official governmental reports, making all of the INSTE books by hand, correcting exams, recording of the exams, registering new students, book corrections and formatting, INSTE leader support, promotion, and leading seminars.
The INSTE office staff members are quality ministers – Level Two INSTE graduates who have worked alongside missionary Tammy Swailes since INSTE’s inception in Ukraine.
