Krystal Hammer brings more than 14 years of leadership experience in ministry and nonprofit organizations, including over a decade serving within the Open Bible Churches family. Her background includes church administration, financial oversight, governance, and strategic planning. She is passionate about faithful stewardship and creating environments where churches, leaders, and ministries can thrive.

Credentialed with Open Bible Churches since 2022, Krystal has served as Operations Director at Open Bible Church in Rapid City, South Dakota. Her leadership is rooted in a deep love for the local church, a commitment to discipleship, and a desire to see organizational systems strengthen the mission of the church.

Krystal and her husband, Joe, have three adult children. Together, they share a heart for ministry, family, and serving others.
