IN TOUCH Newsletter (Subscribe to IN TOUCH Online)

The women of Open Bible are united through the IN TOUCH newsletter. It contains dynamic testimonies from ordinary women who share their journey with God. This newsletter highlights various missions projects and local church events. It is the primary means of support for Women’s Ministries. Choose from three ordering options:
1.      Individual order - Send your name and address with $5 for each subscription.  NEW: Online Subscription
2.      Bundle order – Send one church check for the total order at $5 each. Offer the newsletter to the women as a gift or for an offering.
3.      Church Group order – Attach a list of names and addresses of the women subscribing. Enclose a check for the total amount ($5 each) collected from them. The individual issues will be sent to their addresses.

THANK YOU! The 2007 National Project, Save OUR Babies, raised $54,073 for the maternity clinic in Papua New Guinea!  We doubled the goal!

The National Project is a combined effort of all churches to raise money for a specific project for foreign missions. The National Project and Regional Project occur on alternate years.

The ABCD Fund is a supplemental fund for missionaries. A minimum of $25,000 is needed annually tomeet the following needs:  (Download ABCD Poster).
A. Education for our missionaries’ children
B. Insurance deductible for all missionaries
C. Clothing allowance for our missionaries
D. Directed – given to various ministries from the balance of ABCD funds at the end of the year

Pastors’ Wives and Women In Ministry Newsletter (PW/WIM)
The Be Encouraged newsletter is written by Nancy Rupli, PW/WIM Coordinator, and sent to pastors’ wives and women in ministry for encouragement and ideas for their church. (Download Be Encouraged)

Endowment Fund –
Honor a special woman in your church or your life with a letter and certificate of appreciation for her service from the National Women’s Ministries Department. Her name is included with other honored women in the Endowment brochure (Download Endowment brochure). A letter and certificate will be sent to her. Please request information: kris@obcse.com

Women’s Ministries Day (Download Poster)
Women’s Ministry Day has traditionally been observed on the second Sunday of February. However, September is another opportune time to focus on the unique gifts and ministries of women in the local church. Churches may wish to recognize women for their varied and valuable contributions to the ministries of the entire church. Fulfill the mission “to impact the future as women of influence” by including relevant topics and expand current ministries. Utilize Women’s Ministries Day to highlight the current missions project.
