50 cents per month. That was my first faith promise to World Evangelism in 1964. As a young teenager without a job, I couldn’t make a huge difference. However by combining my giving with others I could support Open Bible missionaries and USA ministries – not just a few, but all. I was sold on WE!
NEVER CEASED TO BELIEVE
I have never ceased giving to World Evangelism since its 1964 launch, and I have never ceased to believe in what WE accomplishes: thousands of souls won for Christ, young people and adults discipled and trained, mission fields opened by missionaries now ledby nationals, evangelism in the most spiritually challenging parts of the world, and church planting in the USA. That is our mission, “to make disciples, develop leaders, plant churches, and send missionaries!”
A CONDUIT
World Evangelism has been a conduit for over 50 million dollars in contributions. What a legacy! People like you have made this Kingdom impact possible. For one final time Open Bible Churches will count on World Evangelism contributions to extend our impact in the USA and around the world. We will then transform to a new and contemporary model that will enable individuals and churches to align their giving with their hearts - our new Mission Venture Plan (MVP).
FUMBLE-FREE
Moving from an old program to a new paradigm can be challenging. We need to continue to support missionaries and ministries that are dependent upon WE. A young teenager realized in 1964 that he could have a role in the most important work in the world, pursuing fulfillment of the Great Commission. Whether you contribute significantly or on par with that teenager, you can make a difference.
